Hi My name is Donny and I would like to share with you my spiritual journey with the Lord. I spent the first 30 years in a church that was very legalistic where you had to keep the seventh day Sabbath, all the Holy days in the old covenant , clean and unclean meats, and a tithing system where you were required to pay 3 tithes. There was not much joy in my Christian life in those early years but when I came into some new truths that Christianity is not a religion with rules and regulations. Christianty is a way of life. Christ’s life that I am no longer under law , but under Grace and I now have the Righteousness of God through Christ that became the truth that set me free and brought new joy into my life. I’m Righteous because God said I am . And I can not improve that Righteousness with rules and regulations, I can not do anything to make myself more righteous. All I can do, is say Thank you Jesus. And from that day I started a new love affair with Jesus I was so excited to learn that Christ dwells within me through faith and He wants to live His life through me, and all I have to do . IS ALLOW HIM. He must increase and I must decrease, there has to be more of Him and less of me, and how true are His own words unless you deny your self you can not be His disciple. I was now on a new spiritual journey , I moved outside of the walls of religion , I started to do some street ministry , which was a big change for me , with others I got involved in a healing ministry , I enjoy praying for the sick . I had the opportunity to join a missionary team of five Christians and go to the mission fields of Burma and India and preach Jesus , and see many saved, and healed, it was exciting to see God glorified on the mission fields. It was forty years ago that I started on my spiritual journey when I was once lost and found and as I get closer to the end of this spiritual journey I find that I am lost again, I am now lost in Jesus and I just don’t care because it’s not my life anymore I don’t live for self anymore I live for the Master, all for Jesus .
