We are to glory in the cross. Why? Why should we as Christian’s glory in the cross. Paul knew the importance of fellowship with the cross in his life.

He said, but God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. Galatians. 6:14

The cross has to be at the centre of the Christian life. It is the test of discipleship. As Jesus said. If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me. Matthew.16:24

Everything is judged in the cross, our natural life from birth that we received from Adam, and what the scriptures call the old man, has been judged and brought to an end in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. The cross brings forth the death of the old man, and brings forth the birth of the New man.

As the word teaches: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me—-“. Galatians.2:20

We are now joined to the Lord; we are one Spirit with Him. 1Corinthians.6:17 the crucified disciple and the crucified Christ belong to each other.

Knowing this that our old man was crucified with Him that the body of sin might be done away with that we should no longer be slaves of sin. Romans.6:6

Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we should also live with Him. Romans.6:8

Through faith in Christ, we become disciples and partakers of Christ’s life. From Gods perspective it is a finished work that God has done in Christ for us. The power and the working of the cross has to continue in our lives, our position is to stay up on the cross.

The position of the Christian is “Crucified with Christ” by faith we stay in that position. God says “In Christ” you have died, we have to stand on that truth, and reckon it is true. Does it work? Yes as long as you reckon by faith. Our walk is a faith walk.

For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2Corinthians.5:7

Likewise you also reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans.6:11

As we keep the flesh which is the self life in the place of crucifixion, nailed to the cross, and by faith regard the cross with its continual working in our lives, of putting self to death we will remain in our position up on the cross.

We can glory in the cross, we can give the cross the first place in our lives, and if we do sin shall not have dominion over you. For you are not under law but under grace. Romans.6:14

We can glory in the cross, because by the Spirit you can put to death the deeds of the body, and you will live. Romans.8:13

If we glory in the cross you will walk in the Spirit and you shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. Galations.5:16

If we glory in the cross, we can put to death, the members of our body on the earth. Colossians.3:5

We can glory in the cross, because we have been made partners in a finished work, the body of sin has been done away with, and we have our victory in Christ. We are not trying to get victory in our lives, we already have it. We are to thank God for it. Glory in the cross.

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1Corinthians.15:57

Jesus is our Cleansing.

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son Cleanses us from all sin. 1John.1:7

CLEANSE : in Greek. katharizo ( Strong 2511) ” to make clean” to cleanse, cleanse from the guilt of sin.

Jesus is our cleansing.

And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me, and I will pardon all their iniquities whereby they have sinned and by which they have transgressed against me. Jeremiah.33:8

Our God who forgives sin, also cleanses us from sin, and this forgiveness and cleansing comes to us through the blood of Jesus, and the word, that testifies of the blood and the mighty power of God to cleanse us.

But we also have a part in the cleansing process. He wants us to have a inner desire, to put sin out of our lives, He gave Himself for us, so that we can enter into the experience of the New Life. Christ’s Life.

I have been crucified with Christ; It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me ; and the life which I now live in the flesh. I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.Galatians.2:20 Jesus gave Himself , for you and me, that by faith and obedience we can become partakers of His life.

He wants us to hunger and thirst after Righteousness. Matthew.5:6

He wants us to confess our sins, so He can forgive us, and cleanse us from all unrihteousness. 1John.1:9

Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter,he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work. 2Timothy.2:21

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanses ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and the Spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 2Corinthians.7:1

Jesus is our Cleansing.

” Therefore, having these promises…….” 2Corinthians.7:1 By having faith in these Promises. Faith in God, Faith in His Word, Faith in the Blood of Jesus, the divine cleansing will take place. It will be to us, according to our faith. It is a work of God in us. Philippians.2:13 We have to believe and trust that He will do it, and we have the promise . That He will do it.

Now may the God of Peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole Spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. 1Thessalonians.5:23-24

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her. That He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word. Ephesians.5:26

Jesus is our cleansing, He gave Himself for us, that He might purify us for Himself. Titus.2:14

” ………..cleanse ourselves…….perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” 2Corinthians.7:1 Through the cleansing by God in our lives, there is the perfecting of holiness.

Jesus surrendered Himself for us, so every day by faith, we surrender ourselves to Jesus who is our Cleansing. We confess our sins. He is Faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Our surrender to Jesus every day is our part in the cleansing, for the person who says he never sins, will only deceive himself, we will not become perfect at once, we will fail many times, but therefore we have these promises. If we are Faithless, He remains Faithful, He cannot deny Himself. 2Timothy.2:13

Jesus is our Righteousness.

Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of RIGHTEOUSNESS, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. 2Timothy.4:8

RIGHTEOUSNESS. : in the Greek dikaiosune ( Strong. 1343 ) The Character or Quality of being right. It is used to denote an attribute of God. This Righteousness is unattainable by obedience to any law, or by any merit of man’s own, or any other condition than that of faith in Christ.

And be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through Faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by Faith. Philippians.3:9

Jesus is our Righteousness.

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the Righteousness of God in Him. 2Corinthians.5:21

But to him who doe’s not work but believes on Him who justifie’s the ungodly, his Faith is accounted for Righteousness. Romans.4:5

If we have the Righteousness of Christ, which was implanted within us by God through faith, Righteousness will rule in our lives, we will live a righteous life. For if by the one man’s offence death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of Grace and of the Gift of Righteousness will REIGN in life through the one, Jesus Christ. Romans.5:17 You will rule in life.

For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law, but under Grace. Romans.6:14 Grace has set you free from sin. Romans.6:18

The abundance of Grace that you received from God, enables you to present yourselves to God, as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of Righteousness to God. Romans.6:13

And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of Righteousness, so now present your members, as slaves of Righteousness for Holiness. Romans.6:18-19 “……..as slaves of Righteousness forHoliness.” When we receive Christ’s Righteousness, it leads us to Holiness. His Righteousness is to become the motivation for Christian holiness, in our conduct and action. We have to be obedientchildren to our Spiritual Father. As the word teaches us. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of Spirits and live. Hebrews.12:9

As obedient children not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance, but as He who called you is Holy, you also be Holy in all your conduct, because it is written, be Holy for I’am Holy. 1Peter.1:14-16 17-19 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is life because of Righteousness. Romans.8:10

The new life, begins with the Righteousness of Christ, we have to continue to walk before God and man in divine Righteousness. As the word of God warns us. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices Righteousness is Righteous, just as He is Righteous. 1John.3:10

Jesus is our Righteousness: In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest. Whoever doe’s not practice Righteousness is not of God, nor is he who doe’s not love his brother. 1John.3:10

Jesus is our Lord.

Therefore God also has HIGHLY EXALTED Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth. Philippians.2:9-10

HIGHLY EXALTED. From the Greek word, huperupsoo. ( strongs 5251 ) ” To Exalt Highly ” ” Over ” And no 1. God the Father has exalted Jesus Christ to the Highest position. He is above all others.

Jesus is our Lord.

Jesus exaltation is absolute. His Lordship is universal, and every knee will bow to Him. And every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians.2:11

It was only after Christ’s resurrection and the revelation of His Deity, that the disciple Thomas, realized His absolute title of Deity. Saying. ” My Lord and My God.” John.20:28 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ. Acts.2:36

If Jesus is our Lord. We will have to do what He tells us. We can’t separate Jesus from His word, you can not have the One without the other. If we don’t keep His word. He is not our Lord, you can’t have Jesus as your Savior, without first having Him as your Lord.

But why do you call Me Lord, Lord, and not do the things which I say. Luke.6:46

Jesus said: If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. John.14:23

He also said: He who does not love me does not keep My words. John.14:24

Many of the Jews believed in Jesus, but Jesus said to them, you have to abide in His word, to become His disciple. John.8:31

But Simon Peter answered Him, LORD to whom shall we go, you have the words of eternal life. John.6:68 LORD: in Greek is Kurios. (Strongs 2962 ) As a Noun the word designates the, The owner,Master, Controller, One in Authority. If you have accepted Him, as your Lord and Savior. He owns you. He is your Master. He is your Controller. He is the One, who has Authority over you.

Jesus is our Lord.

Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, Whom you have from God, and you are not your own. For you were bought at a price, therefore glorify God in your body, and in your Spirit, which are Gods. 1Corinthians.6:19-20 For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die,we die to the Lord. Therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lords. For to this end Christ died and rose and lived again, That He might be Lord of both the dead and the Living. Romans.14:8-9

Jesus is our Lord, lets keep looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ. Titus.2:13

Jesus is our Savior

Not by works of Righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of Regeneration and Renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior. Titus.3:5-6

JESUS IS OUR SAVIOR

” —–By the washing of Regeneration—-” Strong’s 3824. A new birth. Involving the communication of a New life, having cleansed the old life, by the washing of water, with the word of God. The New birth stresses the communication of Spiritual life, Regeneration stresses the inception of a new state of things in contrast with the old.

As Paul said: ”— Old things have passed away , behold all things have become New. 2Corinthians.5:17.

JESUS IS OUR SAVIOR.

“—– and Renewing of the Holy Spirit—–” Strong’s 342. A Renewal. The Renewing of you mind, the adjustment of the moral and Spiritual vision and thinking to the mind of God, which is designed to have a transforming effect upon the Life. Here it stresses the work of the Holy Spirit in transforming the Life.

As Paul said.: And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the Renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans.12:2

Nevertheless He saved them for His name’s sake, that He might make His mighty power to be known. Psalm.106:8

And my Spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. Luke.1:47

And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. 1John.4:14

That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead you will be Saved. Romans.10:9

Jesus Christ our great God and Savior, Love’s us so much, that He gave Himself for us. WHY ? That He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself, His own special people, zealous for good works. Titus.2:14 Why don’t we get excited for Jesus our Savior.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ he is a New Creation , old things have passed away, behold all things have become new. 2Corinthians.5:17

We are a New Creation as a result of our acceptance of Christ’s death and resurrection for us , we are now identified with Him, by Faith. Our New Creation is the result of our union with Christ, old things have passed away we have to set aside our old humanity. Behold all things are new, the New humanity of Christ has to take its place. We have put off the old man, and have put on the New man. Colossians.3:9-10 In our union with Christ, we have become ambassadors for Christ, with a New ministry of reconciliation of others to God. 2Corinthians.5:20

As we do this ministry in union with Christ, Christ has to become the very life of our life, we can’t do it out from ourselves. He Christ, must be the life of our spirit. What Christ is, has to become us, He is the innermost reality of our being , in this New life everything has to be out from God, not the old man, but the New man, the Inner man. Our prayers to God is that He would grant us according to the riches of His glory to be strengthen with might through His Spirit in the Inner man. Ephesians.3:17

Our union with Christ, is something that God has done in us, and we will have to walk with God, if we want to do the work of God, and everything has to be done out from God. AND NOT OUT FROM OURSELVES.

NOW ALL THINGS ARE OF GOD, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. 2Corinthians.5:18

Now in the ministry of reconciliation, It was God in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself not imputing their trespasses to them and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 2Corinthians.5:19 Christ allowed God to do His works through Him. He became a willing vessel for God. HE DID NOTHING OUT FROM HIMSELF.

I can of myself do nothing, as I hear, I judge, and My judgment is righteous because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me. John.5:30 Then Jesus answered and said to them, most assuredly, I say to you the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do, for whatever He does, the Son does in like manner. John.5:19 Do you not believe that I am in theFather, and the Father in Me, the words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority, but the Father who dwells in Me does the Works. John.14:10

Are we more important then Jesus in doing the Work of God, what was required of Jesus in doing the Fathers work, is also required of us.

Do we not believe that we are In Christ, and Christ is in us. That the indwelling Christ, by the quickening of the Holy Spirit, can and will Manifest His life and His deeds through us. Do we really believe that we can do out from ourselves the Fathers Work. And there are many who are trying to do it. And many are deceived. When are Christians going to learn how to live the Christian life. We have to let go of our Self life and let Christ live His. Let go and let God. More of Him and less of you. He will increase within us, as we decrease. We have to be emptying ourselves, of our self life to make room for Him. Jesus said whoever does not bear His Cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. Luke.14:27 Your Cross is when your will and Gods will cross. Let go of your own Self will and do His. Let Jesus be the Lord of your life.

Jesus did nothing out from Himself, If we believe that we are In Christ, and Christ has chosen to dwell in us, we also will do nothing out from ourselves. We will walk as He walked.

He who says he abides in Him, ought Himself also to walk just as He walked. 1John.2:6

Revelation in the knowledge of Him

Do not cease to give thanks for you making mention of you in my prayers, That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory may give to you the Spirit of Wisdom, and Revelation in the knowledge of Him. Ephesians.1:16-17

Paul says he prays for people to receive, the Spirit of Wisdom and revelation knowledge of the indwelling Christ. It pleased God to reveal His Son in Paul, and Paul preached Jesus from revelation within, he had a revelation of Jesus Christ. Galatians.1:15-16 It is only by inward revelation that your going to see the Spiritual riches, and Spiritual resources , that you have IN CHRIST. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. IN CHRIST. Ephesians.1:3 All these spiritual blessings are in Christ, and they will remain in Christ, without Christ you and I will have nothing. Thanks be to God for His INDESCRIBABLE GIFT. Jesus Christ. 2Corinthians.9:15

And this Gift of Divine Life is Christ within. That Christ may dwell in our hearts through Faith. Ephesians.3:17 We don’t receive this Gift of Eternal life separate from Christ, this Spiritual life is not in ourselves, but in Christ, and it will remain in Christ, its important that we see this with our Spiritual eyes, and to be always looking unto Jesus, hold fast to Him, dependant upon Him as our Spiritual life and our Spiritual resources. Paul warns us. Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men , according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. Colossians.2:8 Everything has to be according to Christ. Because He is the Power of God and the Wisdom of God. 1Corinthians.1:24

We can’t live this Christian life out from ourselves. God’s calling to us is to allow Christ to express His life through us, Christ is the power of God. Jesus said. For as the Father has eternal life in Himself, and the Father has granted the Son to have eternal life in Himself. John.5:26 We don’t have eternal life in ourselves, we can’t look into ourselves for the Spiritual resources to live the Christian life, out of ourselves we can produce nothing Spiritual. The only works we can do, are works of the Flesh. The Self life. We have to be abiding in Christ, for without Christ we can do nothing. John.15:5

And this is the testimony, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has Life, he who does not have the Son of God doe’s not have life. 1John.5:11-12

God has given to us, His Indescribable Gift, Jesus Christ to dwell in us, and to work out His life through us, as we yield to His Lordship in our lives. This Person, the Living Christ is represented as being in us by the Holy Spirit through faith, having received the Life, Christ’s Life in us, we have to live the Life by faith. By surrendering to the Lordship of the Holy Spirit who’s work it is to conform us to the Image of Christ. He is the Spirit of Truth who leads us from Truth to Truth, to Glorify Jesus. John.16:13-14 As we are led by the Spirit, we follow Him as Truth is revealed to us, and the Righteousness of God will be revealed to us, from faith to faith. Romans.1:17

As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him. Colossians.2:6 We walk the same way we received Christ. By Faith.

Faith is believing, and acting upon what you believe, faith is Trusting in God that He will do, what He says He will do, in His word. In Him we have ( this is written in the past tense, its not something that God is going to do, but what He has already done.) In Him we have redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. Ephesians.1:7

But of Him.(God) you are in Christ Jesus. If God has placed you in Christ, in Him we have. He who glories, let him glory in Jesus. 1Corinthians.1:30-31

Gods Eternal Purpose.

In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the council of His Will. Ephesians.1:11

God works all things according to the council of His Will, right from the beginning with Adam and Eve God had a plan and a purpose for man. God had created them for fellowship with Himself even the likeness to Himself, in His own Image. He wanted Adam and Eve to be dependent upon Him and in time they would have developed Faith in God and have a working relationship with Him. God had created man for His purpose , His Will, and for His Glory. Isaiah.43:7

But then Satan came along with a desire to mess up Gods plan and His purpose and to change things to his way. Satan tempted, and deceived them to become self dependent, there was a change in their nature, and because of that change in their nature they lost the ability to fellowship with God, mankind belonged to God by creation, he was created for His Glory, according to the council of HisWill and His purpose, He owned man. He knew Satan was going to deceive man and break up the relationship between man and God through the sin of man.

Did Satan change. Gods Eternal purpose for man. No. For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself by Him whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. Colossians.1:19-20

Gods Eternal purpose and plan for man, started before creation, Jesus the Lamb of God, was slain from the foundation of the world. Revelation.13:8 Ephesians.1:4 Gods plan and purpose for man. IS JESUS CHRIST. God redeemed man with the blood of Christ as a Lamb without blemish and without spot. 1Peter.1:18-19 He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world but was Manifest in these last times for You. 1Peter.1:20 Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself is the embodiment of Gods Eternal purpose for man. It is the council of His Will, that in all things He may have the Preeminence. Colossians.1:18

That in all things, He is to be first in our Churches, and In our personal lives. He must increase within us, as we decrease, if the Eternal Son of God dwells within you, the self life must decrease, for Him to have the Preeminence. Because Christ in You, is your only hope of Glory. Colossians.1:27 It has to be Him dwelling in you for the power to live the Christen life, it can only be from His inward presence that you will get revelation from God. Christ in You, the hope of Glory. For by Him all things were created, all things were created through Him and for Him and He is before all things and in Him all things consist . Colossians.1:16-17 But of Him(God) You are in Christ Jesus who became for us Wisdom from God, and Righteousness, and Sanctification, and Redemption. 1Corinthians.1:30 Jesus Christ has to be your all and in all, God only sets His seal on those who are In Christ.

It is Christ Himself who is the life and power of all things, Gods Eternal purpose is bound up with and in Jesus Christ and if a Christian is to have the testimony of Christ, he will only Manifest His life by how far he has come in conforming to His Image, and to the measure of Christ dwelling in Him. You can only Manifest the measure of Christ to others, that is in you. Because it can no longer be Ibut Christ. Galatians.2:20 And it will be according to the Eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. Ephesians.3:11

We must never take our eyes off Jesus, He has to be Preeminent in our lives, always first, and that will require complete surrender to His Lordship in our lives. Are You Willing.

They continued steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine

And they continued steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread , and in prayers. Acts.2:42

We don’t follow the Apostle Paul’s teaching today, Paul boasted in His teaching of the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that the world has been crucified to him, and I to the world, and that it is not about religious doctrine circumcision nor uncircumcision, its all about Jesus Christ, the cross and a new creation. Galatians.6:14-15 Organized religion and Institutional Christianitywith all its rules and creeds and dos and dont’s is a worldly system. It is a Christianity that doesn’t have Christ in it any more and doesn’t go the way of the Cross.

Paul said I am determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. 1Corinthians.2:2 And he warns us in verse 5 That your faith should not be in the wisdom of men, and don’t allow yourselves to come under the rulers of this age, especially the religious rulers of this age, that will come to nothing 1Corinthians.2:5-6 We have been warned to be aware of false Prophets and false Christ’s, false Apostles and false brethren . Matthew.24:23-24 And where you have false Apostles and false teachers you are going to have false authority, they will tell you they have the authority of Christ. We have been warned not to be deceived, all authority in heaven and earth has been given to Jesus Christ. Matthew.28:18

Jesus Christ is the Head over all authority, there is no authority outside of Jesus Christ. If a religious denomination says it has the authority of Christ, that authority must be an expression of Christ authority, it must agree with what Christ teaches, His words must abide in their teaching, if it is not. It is false. Because there is no authority outside of Christ. Jesus said: All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth, go therefore and make disciples of all nations Baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Holy Spirit. Matthew.28:18-19

Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you and lo, I am with you always even to the end of the age. Matthew.28:20

The Institutional churches don’t make disciples, they make members and then they teach there members their own doctrines. ( they did not continue steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine.) That’s why we have so many religious denominations they all have their own doctrines. They try to change you into a better person, with their laws, and improve you with rules and regulations always encouraging you to try harder and be a better person, through self effort, by praying more, and keeping laws. The self trying to change the self from the outside in. God does not work that way from the outside in, only organized religion works that way. God works from the inside out, He wants to make a change in your heart, not how religious you look on the outside.

Paul’s teaching was when you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord, you have been born again, you have been born from above, God has implanted the nature of Jesus Christ in you, His character is in you, you have become a partaker of Divine nature. 2Peter.1:4 Christ dwells in your Heart through faith and the purpose for that is so you will be rooted and grounded in love. Ephesians.3:17 God is not trying to change you. What God does is replace you with a new life, you died when Christ died. Romans.6:6 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him. Romans.6:8 We are told to present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead. Romans.6:13 We have the Spirit of Christ in us, God births a life within us and we live out of that life, which is the Spirit of Christ living in us. We are a New Creation. Therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a New Creation old things have passed away, behold all things have become New. 2Corinthians.5:17

God revealed to Paul the great mystery, which is Christ in you the hope of Glory. Colossians.1:27 Jesus Christ the Lord lives in you, He is Lording in you to conform you into His imageto produce a new way of life, we will change because Christ dwells within us, that is our hope of Glory, we will change because Christ within will effect that change, but it is a change that works from the Inside out. Organized religion does not teach that. For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Philippians.2:13

For we are His Workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, that God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Ephesians.2:10 If God has began a work in you, to conform you into the image of His Son, if He has started this work in your life, He will finish it. Because He has promised it. Now may the God of Peace Himself sanctify you completely , and may your whole spirit soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1Thessalonians.5:23

He who calls you is Faithful, WHO ALSO WILL DO IT. 1Thessalonians.5:24 If we are Faithless, HE REMAINS FAITHFUL, HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF. 2Timothy.2:13

Walking in the Spirit

Jesus said. ” Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. John.3:5 We receive a Spiritual life, and are transferred into the Spiritual realm when we are born again. God delivers us from the power of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, and in Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians.1:13-14 He has opened our eyes in order to turn us from darkness, to His light and from the power of Satan to God, that we may receive forgiveness of our sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified, by faith in Him. Acts.26:18 We now have faith in Him, that He has given us a Spiritual life and has transferred us into a Spiritual realm, by placing us in Christ.

But of Him (God) you are in Christ Jesus— . 1Corinthians.1:30 God has made us Spiritually alive together with Christ, and has raised us up together and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Ephesians.2:5-6 We now have a Spiritual life and live in the Spirit. We may not have this in our experience, but we believe it because God said it. We are one Spirit with Him. 1Corinthians.6:17 This is a faith walk, we order our lives and conduct ourselves, with inner convictions that Gods word is true. For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2Corinthians.5:7

We don’t walk by sight, we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. We believe what God has said is true. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2Corinthians.4:18 We now live in the Spirit, and have a Spiritual life. The word says, If we live in the Spirit, let us walk in the Spirit. Galatians.5:25 That’s a command. Walking in the Spirit is something we have to do. We have to walk out the Spiritual life that we have received.

We cant have our minds on the things of the flesh, if we want to walk by the Spirit, we have to control our minds, and have a desire to express the Spiritual life we received. Christ’s life. Romans.8:5 Jesus Christ dwells within us, His character is in us, we are to express His Character to others, we are to walk worthy of the calling. Ephesians.4:1 Living His life, with Humility, unselfishness, gentleness, bearing with one another putting up with people you cant change, because you love one another and endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the Lord of Peace. Ephesians.4:2-3 Ephesians.4:4-6 The word tells us, not to cease in our prayers to God, asking and learning so we can be filled with the knowledge of His will, in all Wisdom and Spiritual understanding. Colossians.1:9

The whole purpose of learning His will, and growing in Spiritual understanding, is that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Colossians.1:10-11 And because we are in union with Christ, we are in partnership with Him. He has a part to play, and we have a part to play. His part is to reveal to us His will, and give us Spiritual understanding our part is to do His word when He reveals it to us.

So we become His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Ephesians.2:10 And this life we received is Christ’s life, and Jesus said, if anyone loves me, he will keep my word and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make Our home with him. John.14:23 If we don’t do our part, and keep Jesus words we don’t love Him. John.14:24
